Business Plan & Deal Analysis Training We teach students how to turn underwriting numbers into clear, professional business plans that explain strategy, operations, and projected performance in a way that brokers, partners, and investors understand. Mentorship & Coaching Support Students receive ongoing support through live group calls, private community access, and direct mentorship. This includes deal reviews, Q&A sessions, and personalized feedback to help students apply what they’re learning correctly. Offer & Communication Skills UW2WIN trains students on how to communicate professionally with brokers, lenders, and potential partners, including how to submit complete and credible Letters of Intent (LOIs). UW2WIN (Underwrite 2 Win) is a multifamily real estate education and mentorship company founded by Hans Seelinger and Hitomi Yasuda, full-time real estate investors and experienced multifamily operators. After transitioning from demanding corporate careers, Hans and Hitomi built their own multifamily investment businesses by mastering underwriting, business planning, and professional deal execution. Together, they have underwritten thousands of multifamily and commercial properties across more than 10 states and have participated in acquisitions totaling millions of dollars in real estate. UW2WIN was created to help aspiring investors avoid the confusion, overwhelm, and analysis paralysis that often prevents people from taking action. Rather than teaching theory or hype, UW2WIN focuses on practical skills — understanding the numbers, evaluating risk, building clear business plans, and communicating professionally with brokers, partners, and investors.
